Without having a property, how to borrow money to buy or start a business?

I do not have any property. I like to start my own business. The money I have is not sufficient. To get a business loan require property as a security deposit.
Is any one have idea about any finance company who can help me.
Details I require about lenders in Australia only please.
Yes ,…..I have full paid year 2003 toyota car. Also have fixed deposit for last 2 years with same bank.

There are other alternatives to property.
Do you own stocks or bonds
Life insurance that has a cash borrowing
someone that will co-sign the loan
Inventory in the business that you could pledge as collateral
Own a car that has some sort of value

No bank is going to assume ALL the risk and some lenders could charge you astronomical rate of interest that would make it impossible to make money in the business.
Have you looked for a business partner?
