The area I live in is known as the Unifour for the four counties that work closely together for economic reasons. Secondly, the title should have something to do with "Home" rather than "Real Estate." Think of the emotions those two sets of words create! Home is inviting; Real estate is a nightmare, fraught with tension! So something like "City Home Guide" or "Home on the Range" or the like. Good luck!
