I want to know the principles to stars buying real estate properties like to star buying houses,departments,land,etc. how to raise cash? thanks in advance

I would like to look into purchasing a small apartment complex (8-15 units) and live in one of the units while the remaining units are offered for rent. Would the apartment complex be categorized as being a commercial or residential real estate property? When trying to obtain an agent should I approach a commercial or residential real estate agent?

I am looking into purchasing a piece of land at a county tax auction… What I want to do is build a pole barn for my landscaping business.

My question is… the properties are listed on the county’s website as something like 2.5 acres, 1 acre primary, 1.5 acres residual. What does that mean?

I am very interested in making money in real estate. I would like to learn what, if any, difference there is between real esate investing, and owning rental property. Also, how do I get started and make a profit rather than messing up the process and losing my money? I’d really like to hear from experienced people who have made money doing these things and find out how they did it, how they learned the business, etc.

I’ve made an offer on a house, but my real estate agent showed the property to another one of his client and told them the price i offered. Thus allowing them to get the property is there anything i can do about it?

What is the big difference between a Real Estate Company leasing a commercial property versus a property management company? It seems like its the same leasing idea (and contract?) but maybe with different tasks AFTER the lease is signed? Are the leasing fees/commissions usually the same? I guess I am trying to figure out why someone would go through a management company versus a real estate company or what really makes the difference?

My parents need to send a property assessment statement to the university I am going to attend. I don’t know which form to send.

In New York state an “abstract” is kept for real estate properties as they pass from one owner to the next. Can someone please explain to me the purpose of this abstract? What does it contain? What is it used for? How can I obtain the abstract for my house? I signed dozens of documents at the time of the close but of all of the documents I received, this was not one of them. Could there be some information about my house that someone doesn’t want me to see?
