an idle residential lot left unattended for a long time eventually becomes a garbage pile and a bane to the neighborhood.
If you are a trustee of a trust and not list on a deed to a real estate property do you own the property?
When a real estate agency who handles residence properties introduces a property to a client, will there be any legal obligation that they should grasp any change of the situation of the property (for example, the construction of the shopping center just across street), and tell the client about it?

How far way from the property do you have to be?
