I am unsure how real-estate works in Europe.
I would like to rent and eventually buy a property there, and I would like to know if it is necessary to have a residency, can you do this without it?
I am looking to go there, as well as looking into duo-citizenship and long term visas, but if neither of these workout i would still like to get a place. How easy or hard would it be?
Are there places you could recommend that are easier to get it than others?
