Are the taxable items of a fixed property tax only land and a house?
Or is depreciable property also contained?

I know that property tax is imposed on land and a building, but want to know it whether property tax is imposed on a depreciable asset (a ship or machinery). I think that there are “a state taxing a depreciable asset” and “the state which do not tax a depreciable asset”. If there is the web page that I should refer to, will you show me it?
